  3. Webinars and Workshops:

    • Registrations for live webinars or workshops cannot be canceled once the event has started.
    • In case you cannot attend, you may request a transfer of registration to another person by contacting us in advance.

    • Technical issues prevent access to online courses, and our support team is unable to resolve them.
  2. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Digital products, such as e-books or templates, once accessed or downloaded.
    • Fees for rescheduling or administrative charges.
