  2. In-Person Training:

    • Cancellation requests for classroom training must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session.
    • Late cancellations will not be eligible for a refund but may qualify for rescheduling based on availability.

  3. Webinars and Workshops:

    • Registrations for live webinars or workshops cannot be canceled once the event has started.
    • In case you cannot attend, you may request a transfer of registration to another person by contacting us in advance.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    Refunds are only provided in the following situations:

    • The course or session is canceled by First Step Stock Market Institute.
    • Technical issues prevent access to online courses, and our support team is unable to resolve them.

  2. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Completed courses or training sessions.
    • Digital products, such as e-books or templates, once accessed or downloaded.
    • Fees for rescheduling or administrative charges.

  3. Refund Process:

    • Refund requests must be made by contacting us within 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
    • Provide the following details:
      • Name and contact information
      • Transaction ID or receipt
      • Reason for refund request
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
